Can not get to billing page. It keeps going to the page where it asks for my credit card information. I think this is very suspicious as that is the page where one would close their account. Please enable this page ASAP.

I have the same problem. On the page where I enter my card information, it won't take my address. Is there a way for this to be fixed for a standard member without paying a monthly fee? I don't ship more than 50 packages a month.

Typically if your address is not accepted, we would recommend using the address of your local post office instead. The link below provides more information regarding that and other common registration problems.

Once you have fully registered, you can change your subscription plan at any time from your Subscription and Billing page.

Hello Odis, and thank you for posting to our community!
In order to access your billing page, you would need to enter your billing information first, by providing your credit card details.
Since you have not yet entered your credit card information, your registration is not complete. Unfortunately that means there is no way to access your billing page until your credit card details have been entered.
You have a couple options going forward:
1. To fully trial ShippingEasy, just enter your credit card to create your USPS postage accounts which enables you to start shipping immediately. You can do that at any time by logging back into your account.
2. If you aren't interested in moving forward with your account, you can leave it as-is. It will not incur any future billing if you do not input your credit card.
I hope you'll give us a shot and choose option 1! If you would like to give the app another try, I've included a link below that should help you get started once you enter your card.
