Is there somewhere to find invoices for at least the payments submitted to Endicia for postage?
Is there some report to show the "purchase" (from the Endicia credits) for each postage purchase?

You can get your total shipped by going to the Reports area in your Endicia account.

Accessing Endicia Reports
You can filter the reports from Endicia to just show Postage Purchases, which is what you would need for your taxes.
