Status Icons for Orders - Meanings | Overview
ShippingEasy uses icons to help you quickly identify orders that may require special handling. The following icons can be found on the ORDERS page.

|
The ! comment bubble icon indicates that the order has a comment that the buyer entered in the shopping cart on your store platform. |
|
|
The gift icon indicates that the order was marked as a gift on your platform, and/or has gift notes on your platform. Learn more about processing gift orders in ShippingEasy. |
|
|
The comment bubble icon means that you added a note to this order in ShippingEasy. Learn more about adding notes to orders and shipments. |
|
|
The red triangle icon holds two meanings: 1. That the address could not be validated. Clicking the icon allows you to elect to fix the address or use it anyway from the Orders Detail box. 2. That the order has a different recipient address and must be split. |
|
|
The duplicate icon means that there are two or more orders present on the ORDERS page with the same recipient. Learn how to manage orders with multiple recipients. |
|
|
The shipper elected to use an unverified address, assuming risk of non-delivery. Learn more about address validation in ShippingEasy. |
