There are also many times when a customer requests a return, we create the label and send it to them, and they never return the product.  In the mean time we have paid for the label.

Great suggestion Alisa. I know we have a number of customers who would like to see this and we are always looking into ways to improve efficiency and experience.

We prioritize integrations and feature requests based on customer input as well as a few other factors and will be sure to add this to the list of features to consider.

I apologize that it's taken a little while for us to implement the pay on use returns. We've been working with Endicia to make the service available on our server - and I have some good news! I can see the work for pay on use returns on our list for June. I hope they'll be live within the system over the next few weeks!

Hi Rachael, Has ShippingEasy implented pay on use return labels yet?
I am currently in the process of deciding which shipping program to use and it is highly dependent upon this functionality. I hope that you have some good news for me. I look forward to hearing the status on this feature!

We currently do not have it implemented yet but it is very much in progress. I do not have an ETA but it looks like its coming down the pipeline relatively soon. We're super excited to offer this and are happy to hear you will be too!
