I added money to my account but all went to Regular USPS account not USPS Priority Mail

i just added $45.00 to my account I didnt know it would only apply to one account..How can the money be transferred to cover a package that is going to Canada via USPS Priority International?

Unfortunately, we're unable to transfer balances between Endicia accounts as they are held separately. We have a little more information about your accounts in these articles:
