I am having the same issue as the person below, I copied and paste this:
I noticed I can't choose the flat rate envelope shipping service for USPS anymore... it only lets me choose between first class and parcel select. I know the shipping cost would be way cheaper with the flat rate envelope option, why won't it let me choose it?!??!!

Your ShippingEasy account comes with two Endicia accounts:
These accounts allow you to access specific USPS services:
Endicia First Class:
Endicia Expedited:
If you ever find that some services are not available to your account, it's best to check your Shipping Providers settings to confirm that both your accounts have been set up and are connected. You can access these setting by clicking the Postage Balance link in the top right corner of your ShippingEasy account.
