I need the ability to set the Customs Duties Paid By: to Receiver instead of Sender. We just got hit with thousands of dollars in Duties and didn't know it. We need this done ASAP if we are going to continue shipping out International packages via FedEx.

I apologize that you had some issues with assigning duties! We actually do have a feature that I think will help where you can assign duties to the shipper, recipient, or a third party. I hope this helps!

I do see that there is an option to change that, but that still doesn't change the fact that it defaults to Sender in Customs Duties Paid By:. I would like the ability to change the default setting in regards to this option.
