When some customers try purchasing products through my e-commerce, they have issues with shipping addresses and it tells them that there are no shipping rates available for the address/location. Is this an error from Shipping Easy or from Shopify? Thank you

It sounds like Shopify has a process in place for validating addresses provided during checkout. I recommend reaching out to Shopify for more assistance with this error.
ShippingEasy will also validate addresses, but the ShippingEasy application will not see your Shopify orders until they have been submitted to your store. In addition, ShippingEasy does not interface with the front end of your store or shopping cart, only with the admin panel.
