Where is my refund

I have 2 labels that were not used and I requested a refund over a month ago but have not received them yet.

Hello Christina - I'm sorry to see that you've been waiting so long for your refund!

Once a label is cancelled in ShippingEasy, a refund request is sent to Endicia. Endicia will then wait 10 business days, in accordance with USPS, to confirm that the label did not enter the mail stream. If the label is never used, the refund will be processed and deposited back to your postage balance. All in all, it can take 10-14 business days to receive your refund, depending on how quickly your credit card processes the refund.
