I paid as usual for my UPS label for two-day via Shipping Easy and my Endica postage account. I just got an invoice from UPS saying I didn't pay for the label. But I did pay. So now what do I do? How do I prove to UPS I paid? Or how do I get a refund from Shipping Easy (or Endica) for the amount so I can pay UPS? I am so frustrated. HELP.
Help! Paid for my UPS two day label but UPS is saying it was not a paid label

That would make sense except ......I thought I actually paid the shipping when I got the label (had to add money to my account thru Endica to cover the amount) and it was deducted out of my account. Is there a way to tell? I don't see a place to view billing activity in regards to what I've paid into and what was deducted.

Hello Christina - Yes, you can get a detailed report of your Endicia transactions. Keep in mind, if you were purchasing any other labels at the same time that required USPS postage, you may have been prompted to add to your postage balance.
In any case, these guides should help you investigate the label charge via Endicia.com:
- How to: Obtain my Endicia refund and transaction history
- How to: Obtain proof of purchase for a USPS label
I hope this helps! I'm happy to answer any other questions.

Hello Christina - Thanks for posting!
I'm sorry for any confusion caused by the UPS invoice your received or using multiple carrier accounts with ShippingEasy. From what it sounds like, though, there hasn't been an error.
Your Endicia accounts are used only to pay for USPS postage. Although you will see a quote for UPS postage and opt to buy the postage, you do not pay for the UPS postage when you print the UPS label. Rather, UPS will invoice you for used postage. The same will apply to FedEx labels.
