My Etsy store was disconnected and it is giving me an alert message telling me this and including a link to follow to reconnect. I can choose reconnect and it takes me to a page to choose to save my choice but when I do it takes me to a new page that says Ooops, we encountered an internal error. It directs me to the help page, but the help directions are exactly what I followed, except that it says it is supposed to work. Why was my store disconnected and why can't I reconnect it?

Thanks posting in our forums regarding your disconnected Etsy store. I am sorry this effected your account! This was due to an error with Etsy in their API that they have now fixed.
We have done three things to get you back up to speed:
1. We reconnected your Etsy store
2. We attempted to sync your new Etsy orders that are still unshipped
3. We re-requested order updates to your store so that any orders shipped during the outage are updated as shipped with a tracking number on Etsy.
If you see any additional Etsy orders that have not updated I suggest you retry order updates to store in Shipment History.
