Hi Chelly,
I'm sorry your postage billing was unable to update via ShippingEasy's Subscription and Billing page. Endicia does have stringent security measures, so this does fail on occasion. In these instances, you just need to log into Endicia directly to update your billing information.
We do have a step by step guide on how to update your billing with Endicia. You just need your account information from Settings > Shipping Providers (Rates). Keep in mind you have two Endicia accounts (Expedited and First Class) that would need to be updated separately.
