I am trying to find the "reports" option in my account. But after following the guide there is no option of "reports"
in between the settings and products there is no option tab of report.. When I enter "reports" in the address bar along with the link it just redirects me to my account details .Can someone help me ?

Thanks for posting in our forums! I do see a few recent posts from you regarding the issue you are experiencing. Sorry for the confusion! We do moderate our forums, so your posts are not being deleted, but they do need to be approved before they are offically posted and answered.
Jennifer did answer your inquiry here. As she mentioned, the Starter plan does not include the Reports option, but you do have the option to look these up on Endicia.
In addition to one-on-one support, and access to your Reports tab there are many benefits to upgrading to the Basic plan- if you're interested in some additional features!
