meaning it hasn't been mailed. I'm worried this customer may end up not using the label or returning it. Can I get my money back in case its not used? And how much time do I have before I can't cancel the label?
Hello Lauren -
A prepaid return label for a USPS shipment is valid until there is a price change that results in the postage paid being the wrong amount. Presently, USPS does not have any price changes planned for the near future.
If you do not think that your customer will use the label, you have up to 30 days to cancel it. However, the option to cancel within ShippingEasy is only available within the first 10 days. Then the label will need to be cancelled from within your Endicia account. Please see these guides for more information:
Should you not cancel the label within 30 days, the label can still be used until a price change causes the postage paid to be insufficient.
I hope this helps! Please post your follow up questions in the comments below.
