Need to Reset Endicia First Class Mail Account

I signed up last week and for some reason my Endicia First Class Mail account is suspended.  I called Endicia Support and gave me a new pass phrase to give to ShippingEasy.  How do I reach someone at ShippingEasy so they can update my account with this new pass phrase?

This has been very inconvenient and if this doesn't get fixed I guess no love lost as I will just have to purchase my postage labels elsewhere.  The account shouldn't have been suspended in the first place.  It was literally suspended as soon as I created an account!

Thanks for posting in our forums! I am sorry to hear your Endicia account was suspended. I see that we already responded to you via email last weekend but I wanted to leave an answer here as well.

Endicia has strict security controls in place to protect your information. Because of this, there are several actions that can cause your account to be temporarily suspended.

Additionaly, when Endicia provides you with a new account pass phrase, you are welcome to manually update/change your current one within your ShippingEasy account.
