If your Endicia account is suspended, please try reconnecting it via ShippingEasy first. Learn more.
If that doesn't work, you'll need to reset your pass phrase. This can be done with the assistance of Endicia and ShippingEasy.
To reset your Endicia pass phrase:
- Request a temporary pass phrase from Endicia.
- You can do so in one of the following ways:
- When contacting Endicia, they will ask for your account number and security information. Learn how to view your Endicia account information.
- Paid subscribers will see links to contact our Customer Success team in the upper left corner in app. Please email the temporary pass phrase via the link provided and we will be able to reconnect your account for you.
- If you are on the free Starter plan, email the temporary pass phrase to endicia.account@
