How to: Reset an Endicia pass phrase

If your Endicia account is suspended, please try reconnecting it via the steps outlined in our Knowledge Base article: How do I unsuspend my Endicia account?

If that doesn't work, you'll need to reset your pass phrase. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. Request a temporary pass phrase from Endicia. You can do so in one of the following ways:
  2. When contacting Endicia, they will ask for your account number and security information.

      NOTE: ShippingEasy accounts created before September 20, 2017 have two separate Endicia accounts: one for International & Expedited shipments and the other for First Class shipments. These accounts have separate security credentials. Learn more about Endicia.
  3. If you are a starter account, email the temporary pass phrase to endicia.account@shippingeasy.com. If you have a paid account, please email us using the mailbox icon in your ShippingEasy account and one of our representatives will be able to reconnect your account for you.
