can i just say, first, spending 10 minutes on your website trying to find customer support, is unacceptable, and makes me what to cancel your service altogether and just use a different website for my shipping.
secondly, you had a bug on your website last wednesday night, where your website was down for an hour. i generated labels right after this, which i paid for, and was then unable to print do to error on your website. i then "duplicated" all 11 shipments and was able to successfully generate and print a second label for all 11 orders. i tried to cancel and get refunded for the original 11 labels, but keep receiving this error message:

Firstly, I would like to apologize for the issues you experienced with the application! We were undergoing updates last Wednesday which is likely why your labels failed. This was a rare error, I'm so sorry your account was effected!
My developers were able to generate these failed labels for you and they are now in Shipment History and ready to be cancelled whenever you are ready.
I did have someone from our phone support call you to leave a message with the above information- we left a voicemail!
I also like to note that you are on the Basic plan which does offer live support. You can contact us directly using the links on the top left of the application when you are logged into your account.
We offer support Monday through Friday during these hours:
Chat & email support: 7 AM- 7 PM CST
Phone support: 8 AM- 6 PM CST, Fridays ending at 5 PM
