Immediate shipping set-up and configuration:

For online sellers ready to get started and ship orders. On a 15-30 minute one-on-one call, a shipping specialist will help set up your account with you and walk through printing your first label. Schedule a call.

Premium shipping set-up and configuration:

A more advanced set-up with a senior Customer Success Advisor. Ideal for online sellers shipping >1K orders per month with multiple stores, users and locations. Schedule a call.

Inventory Management set-up and configuration:

For existing ShippingEasy users who have added Inventory Management to their subscription and are ready to set it up. A 20-30 minute one-on-one call with an inventory specialist. Schedule a call.

Customer Marketing set-up and configuration:

For existing ShippingEasy users who need help with their Customer Marketing set-up. A 20-30 minute one on one call with an implementation specialist. Schedule a call.


Select, Premium, or Enterprise plan subscribers have a dedicated senior Customer Success Advisor. These experienced shipping specialists will take the time to understand your business' needs. Then use this learning to help optimize your ShippingEasy account.

Dedicated Customer Success Advisors will reach out to new accounts upon registration and periodically check in. If you think you qualify for a dedicated Customer Success Advisor, but don't have their contact information, please reach out to ShippingEasy's live Customer Success team.

    I am a new user and I am finding it difficult to use your support options.  It would be nice to talk to someone.

    I sent a package with Quick Ship to my sister and she got an invoice.  Why did this happen?  How do I use your service to just ship a package?

    Hi Neal - Welcome to ShippingEasy! It looks like you've taken advantage of our free Starter plan. Unfortunately we're not able to offer one-on-one email, chat or phone support on this plan. However, we provide a Community forum that's actively monitored by our Customer Success team.

    I kept getting an error message - There was an error connecting to your store !

    Followed the instructions and tried many times and still cannot get shippingeasy connect to my Magento store.

    I wonder your people can help me connect my store if I use a paid service?
