I am a new user and I am finding it difficult to use your support options.  It would be nice to talk to someone.

I sent a package with Quick Ship to my sister and she got an invoice.  Why did this happen?  How do I use your service to just ship a package?

Hi Neal - Welcome to ShippingEasy! It looks like you've taken advantage of our free Starter plan. Unfortunately we're not able to offer one-on-one email, chat or phone support on this plan. However, we provide a Community forum that's actively monitored by our Customer Success team.

Followed the instructions and tried many times and still cannot get shippingeasy connect to my Magento store.
