Personalize Shipping Confirmation Emails

The ability to send a shipping confirmation email to "first name' instead of "full name" is so much more personal and less automatic sounding.

Thank you very much for your post. I have documented your request. I agree this would add a nice element to the Shipping Confirmation emails.
