My domestic labels print perfectly to my Dymo 4XL. However, anytime I ship internationally, the customs label prints at approximately 1/3 the normal size, and fills only the center of the label. Why is this, and how can it be rectified?

Typically your international labels will print small when using the 4x6" label centered on 8.5x11" sheet option.
I would recommend changing your International Label setting to match your domestic label setting so they all print correctly. The link below will provide additional information to help you change those settings.
