As a little background on using ShippingEasy with Jane.com, when you first integrate your Jane.com account with ShippingEasy, only orders placed within the past seven days will be downloaded. We recommend creating manual orders for any orders placed more than 7 days before connecting your store.
We recommend manually adding your orders or uploading them via CSV. We have more information on using ShippingEasy with Jane.com as well as a link for steps to add in your orders manually to your ShippingEasy account!
