LABEL FAILED - RETRY DOESN'T WORK

Trying to print off a UPS label and it is not printing and then showing RETRY button on shipment.  But does not indicate what the error is.

Hi Kim,

Sorry for the late response, and for the failed label! Typically these can be retried and corrected, depending on the cause of the failure. After checking your account, I noticed one UPS label was printed on Friday, so it looks like you may have been able to correct the problem after all.  However, since you are on a paid plan, if you see this occur again, please feel free to contact us directly via email, chat or phone using the links on the top left of your account. .
