I got this message:

Account # has been suspended. Please Contact ShippingEasy Support for assistance.

Thank you for posting our forums!

Here are our tips for fixing suspended Endicia accounts. If that does not work then you would need to reset your passphrase. Then if you are on our free Starter plan, you would email the temporary pass phrase to us at endicia.account@shippingeasy.com.  On the other hand if you are on a paid plan (Basic or above), please email the temporary pass phrase to us at support@shippingeasy.com.
