Hi,
I only used 47 labels this month. Once I hit 47 I then began printing my postage on other websites so that I would not go over the limit.
I then marked the orders as shipped. Now shippingeasy is indicating that I am over the limit. How is that possible when printed only 47 labels. This seems quite unfair.
Hi Ayana,
Thank you for posting to our forums! I'm sorry about the confusion caused by the shipment limit notice.
When you mark an order as shipped, it still counts towards your label usage. We have some more details about this in our Knowledge Base in the following article:
How to: Mark an order as shipped
It states the following:
IMPORTANT: orders marked as shipped will count towards your monthly label use.
There are three key benefits to marking your orders as shipped, versus deleting them:
1. You retain a record of the shipment in your Shipment History
2. If you provide a valid tracking number, ShippingEasy will update your store with the shipment information.
3. Drop shipped orders are included in shipment Reports.
Looking at your account, I see that your next billing cycle starts on January 17th. As such, you can wait until that date for the number to reset or you can upgrade to the Basic plan to get up to 500 shipments per month. There are links to upgrade or view your Shipment History on your landing page.
