Is there a surefire way to sync new products added manually in shipping easy and then ebay/Amazon with the same SKUs? I used to be able to get them to sync after fiddling with the syncing page, but as for the last few weeks I have not been able to sync these new products and get the quantities to go through for the newly added SKUs.

In addition to 'linking' the skus for that channel SE needs to see a qty change before it will push the qty up. If you already have the correct qty in SE and you've run the link but qty's are not going up then you'll need to upload 0 counts to your products, wait a bit, and then upload true counts to your products. This qty change will then update. You don't have to use 0 counts but that works for us. Any qty change will do it.
Hi Galen, thanks for posting to our community!
The issue reported by the original poster was actually fixed by our development team. It was occurring because some of their specific SKU's shared ASIN numbers with other Amazon FBA SKU's, which we do not normally link.
It looks like you have some suggestions on how to update the quantity of your items when you upload your SKUs to Inventory Management. Is this working as expected or are you having problems when you try to upload?
Would you give me the exact steps you are taking if this isn't working for you?
Thank you.

Hello Jacob, and thank you for posting to our community!
Typically when you add new product SKU's to ShippingEasy, in order to get them to sync, you will need to link those to your store using the steps in the article below.
How to: Link my Product SKUs to my store
However, if your products are on a different Amazon marketplace then the store you are linking from in ShippingEasy, the link will not get established.
If that is not the case, we will most likely need to get some screenshots of your SKU listings in Amazon. I have just sent you an email with a request for additional information.
Thank you.
