I'm trying to print my first return label and keep getting this error:
LABEL FAILED
This is the error message we've received back from USPS:
Missing or invalid element: FromState. Error encountered (Log ID: 39769)

I've gone back in and updated the From State, but still no luck.
Any suggestions?

After checking your account, it appears the error is actually in regards to the State information for the Ship To address in this case, which would be your Store address.
Can you please add a State to your Store Address settings using the steps in the link below?
