Label Failed: ReplyPostage

I have a customer in Guam that needs a return label. I keep getting a label failed error: Missing or invalid element: ReplyPostage. Error encountered (Log ID: 34894). Is there any way I can get her postage to send her return back to me?

Hello Bethany, and thank you for posting to our community!

Unfortunately it is not possible to create USPS return labels for military addresses, which is why you are receiving that error. The link below explains more about that limitation.

Troubleshoot: Endicia Error "Missing or invalid element: ReplyPostage"

If however, you have another carrier connected to your account, like UPS or FedEx, you will be able to create a return label for your order.

I have confirmed with my customer that this is not a military address. It is in Guam but not military. She says her brother in Chicago is able to create prepaid labels often with USPS.

Hello Bethany and thanks for the reply and additional information.

Normally we see that error related to military addresses, but it does also appear to be a limitation of our Return label options for US Territories.
