Troubleshoot: Endicia Error "Missing or invalid element: ReplyPostage"

Return labels are easily purchased on the SHIPMENT HISTORY page to include in your orders. Learn more.
 
However, when you create a return for a Military or US Territory address, or for a Priority Mail Express shipment, you will see this error from Endicia on the READY TO PRINT page:

You cannot create returns for Military and US Territory addresses, or Priority Mail Express shipments in ShippingEasy, therefore you will need to first "retry" the label on the READY TO PRINT page. 
 

To retry the label:

  1. Navigate to the READY TO PRINT page from anywhere in the app.

  2. Find the label you need to create a return label for and select Retry.

  3. Select another carrier service to purchase your label.

  4. Purchase the label with the new carrier service selected.
