Multiple labels to the same address

Hello.  I was able to enter multiple packages to the same shipping address when establishing an order, however, only one shipping label was generated. I had three packages which I clearly imported into the order process. When I brought the shipping label to the post office, the clerk told me that it was only good for one of the packages though I had paid for all three packages .  I do not understand what happened or how I can prevent it from happening in the future. Shouldn’t I be able to do something as simple as this? The shipping order processing through the website implied that it was possible, but it failed. Please advise.

Hello Kurt, and thank you for posting to our community!

After checking your account, it appears your order contained 3 boxes as line items. Unfortunately our app only produces labels per order, so in this case, a label was created for an order with 3 boxes included inside.

If you wish to break 1 order into 3 different shipments, we would recommend splitting your initial order using the step-by-step instructions in the link below.

How to: Split an order

It is also possible to create multi-box orders for a single order shipment, however, that process will only work when shipping via UPS, FedEx or DHL Express. The next link below explains more.

How to: Add multiple packages to a shipment

I hope that information helps to clear up any confusion.

Thank you and happy shipping!
