Shipping Easy and Bless integration

Hello!

 

I followed the steps, added the API keys, and created an order for myself, paid with cash, so it is now complete however it does not show up in orders. Any suggestions?

Thank you for posting to our forums!  I apologize for the delay.  Looking at your account now, it seems that your LuLaRoe Bless orders are syncing.  I'm hoping you were able to resolve the issue but if not, I recommend following our integration steps exactly:

How to: Integrate LuLaRoe / BLESS with ShippingEasy

And then making sure the orders have been created with the Ship This Order option checked.  A screenshot of this along with other helpful information can be found in the following article:

Hi - I'm new to Bless and Shipping Easy.  I followed the integration steps, entered all the API details, but it is not integrating.  I have orders in Bless listed under Shipping Management.  But they are not showing up in Shipping Easy under Orders.   These orders were placed/completed after I set up Shipping Easy, so I'm not sure why they are not pulling over.

Help please!  :)

Hello Laura, and thank you for posting to our community!

After checking your account, I see that you have had several Bless integrations that were then disconnected/archived. If the orders in your Bless account Shipping Management page were tied to one of those store integrations, they will not be sent once they are archived. 

In which case for your previous orders, they would need to be entered in ShippingEasy manually, using the step-by-step instructions in the link below.

On a happier note, I do see that your current store integration is being sent orders from Bless now. So you shouldn't need to manually enter orders going forward.
