I don't understand. I have a Fedex business account I connected. I input the same info in Shipping Easy and my Fedex to compare and shipping easy is about $5 more. I don't understand why it's so much more. Shouldn't it be the same?

FedEx shipping quotes in ShippingEasy are comprised of the service rate as well as possible surcharges. A common surcharge is related to the address type, such as residential addresses.
ShippingEasy will display any fees that it thinks will be charged based on the information available via your account and the FedEx API.
To best understand FedEx fees, we recommend referencing [FedEx.com - Surcharges and Fees] (http://www.fedex.com/us/2016rates/surcharges-and-fees.html) - or reaching out to your FedEx account manager.
If however, you do not believe there are any additional fees being applied to the rates you are receiving, we would recommend disconnecting your FedEx account from ShippingEasy and then reconnecting again using the step-by-step instructions in the link below.
