I packaged my books and am ready to print labels and ship. These are manual orders. How do I get a rate quote? I ran a rule saying to use USPS first calls package. I cannot find a place on an individual order to identify dimensions (I know I entered that somewhere) but I did enter the weight of the packaged book (10 oz). When I try to "Buy and Print" I get this message: "all orders must be ready for shipment and have a valid rate quote."
