This morning I couldn't send an order to the shipment page-I had to add a weight and then the label paid itself and went straight to print!!!! Not acceptable!! It was a small flat rate box and I needed to add signature confirmation. Please address this! I had no idea what I was charged and had to cancel the label and add it manually.
Orders showing ready to print-cannot edit?????

Hi Susan and thank you for posting to our community.
Based on your description, it sounds like you may have used our new Instant Rate option on the Orders page to purchase your label. While that option does provide the quickest way to compare rates and buy a shipping label, it will not, as you discovered, allow you to add signature confirmation to your labels.
Our guides below provide more information on our new Instant Rate option if needed.

FAQs: Instant Rate
If you need to add signature confirmation in the future, you can create a shipment manually without using the Instant Rate option, by selecting the order's checkbox and choosing 'Create Shipment' at the top of the Orders page.
Our guide here illustrates that for clarity: How to: Create a shipment
Also, if you need to cancel a label and recreate that same shipment, you can use the Duplicate option in your Shipment History page instead of creating a new manual order. The duplication process allows you to edit the shipment to make any adjustments like adding signature confirmation, before purchasing again.
The guide below explains that process in more detail:
How to: Create a unique duplicate label
I hope that information helps going forward, we certainly want your experience to be an easy one.
Thanks and happy shipping!
