Ok, I have an existing USPS, UPS and Fedex account.
I tried adding my USPS account, it was created and then disabled. The message I'm getting is "Account #1328300 has been suspended. Please Contact ShippingEasy Support for assistance."
How do I contact support???? -Not possible!
I have an October 2018 UPS invoice, I entered the information EXACTLY as shown on the invoice to connect to my UPS account. But the website says invoice not found.

We provide the free Starter plan for shippers who expect to ship less than 50 shipments most months. It is truly a bare bones plan to help small business get off the ground without significant overhead. Yet, it's not meant as a "trial account" as it lacks many of the tools that a larger business requires
To help new customers test ShippingEasy, we provide free trials of any of our subscriptions. I encourage you to trial the plan that best fits your expected volume. The tools for each paid plan support sophisticated shipping operations.

Though, if you are truly a small business with low volume, then perhaps our free Starter plan is the best fit for you. We're excited to be able to provide many of our tools to small businesses. Yet, the lack of subscription cost precludes us from providing one-on-one help in a private setting.
For the Endicia error you are experiencing, I did check and this was connected, but, as you said, was in a suspended status. Here are tips we suggest for fixing suspended Endicia accounts. If that does not work you would need to reset your passphrase. Since you are on our starter plan you would email the temporary passphrase to endicia.account@shippingeasy.com.
