Can’t log in since conversion

Ever since the conversion, I get a blue screen after log in saying my account is still being converted. I had received an email days ago saying it was finished. I cannot ship or see my postage balance. Help!

Thanks for posting to our community.

I'm so sorry you are seeing issues with the account login.  I did test that from my end and I am seeing the conversion completed. I was able to login and see an $8.27 postage balance for Stamps.

What browser are you currently using?  If you are not using Chrome, would it be possible for you to test the same login with this browser type?

Also, another thing I would recommend is to try clearing the cache to see if the page will display properly.  You can follow the instructions on the link below to see if that helps:

If you are still seeing issues, would it be possible to get a screenshot of that error page here in this post?  Just make sure you hide/black out any personal info. Thanks!

I have cleared the cache on both safari and google chrome. Both web browsers are showing me the same message when I log in. I have been getting this since May 21st. Thanks

Id also like to add that I just had my husband try to log on from his work computer in another city and he is also getting the same blue screen above.
