Thanks for contacting ShippingEasy! With FTP integration, the only thing we have in regards for stores would be for a Volusion store allowing you to add a custom field for orders via FTP. That would be the only FTP use for a store I know for the stores we have. I have included a helpful article for that below for your reference.
