We recently updated the timing of ShippingEasy's confirmation emails, which are now sent out on the selected ship date. However, we've received feedback that some businesses prefer to use their store's confirmation emails instead. For these shop owners, their confirmation emails are sent out as soon as their orders' status' is marked as 'Shipped' (or the comparable status). In this situation, an update of an orders' status would need to be delayed until the ship date in order to trigger the confirmation email on the actual ship date.
