My customer requested that their item be shipped to a different address than what they included on the original order. How do I change this?

When you select an order to process for shipping on the READY TO SHIP page, your warehouse's and customer's address details are displayed in the "Shipping Addresses" section. By default these will be shown in an abbreviated form, but you can click on either FROM or TO to expand this.
You will then click EDIT ADDRESS and you can change the address.

We've added a new option to edit your address on the ORDERS page:
You'll still have the option to edit the address on the READY TO SHIP page, too:
