Edit Address for Unshipped Order | How To

If the shipping address on an order changes after syncing into ShippingEasy, you can quickly update the address from the ORDERS page before processing the shipment.

  1. On the ORDERS page, locate the order.

  2. Along the order line, click the pencil icon.

  3. The Order Details box will displayed. Click the pencil icon next to the address.

  4. The Edit Address fields will appear where you can make edits.

    If an address is invalid, click on the "red triangle" icon to make edits to the address:

    An Orders Details box will appear in which you can select to "Fix" the address or "Use Anyway":

    Rate quotes will become available once the address has been updated.
  5. Click the Update button.
That's it! The new address is now saved to the order!
