I just signed up for ShippingEasy and I'm only seeing rate options for Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express services. How can I ship First Class?

ShippingEasy partners with Endicia for accessing USPS rates and services. Endicia requires separate accounts for First Class versus Priority rates. You can learn more about why that is here: Why do I need two Endicia accounts?

During signup, you can choose to automatically create both the Endicia First Class (for First Class rates) and Endicia Expedited (for Priority rates) accounts, or just one. If you don't see First Class rates, there's a good chance that you're either:

  1. missing a First Class account.
  2. your First Class account is suspended.

You can investigate which possibility might explain your situation on the SETTINGS >> SHIPPING PROVIDERS page. The following articles will give more specific steps to take:

  1. If missing a First Class account: How can I open a new Endicia account?
  2. If your First Class account is suspended: How do I unsuspend my Endicia account?

NOTE: If you find that, alternately, you are missing Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express services, the proceeding information is also relevant.
