Open Orders from Storenevy not syncing with ShippingEasy, can't ship orders

I have 22 Open orders in my Storenvy, only 1 synced. Obviously i need to ship the other 21, but if they won't sync (all are open) I can't.

I'm trying to like shippingeasy, but so far it hasn't been easy at all :/

Hello Susan - Thank you for posting to our forum! I'm so sorry to see that you've run into this trouble with your orders syncing.

If the orders are in an "Open" status, then we're on the right track.

Have the orders placed since integrating your store synced?

If so, then your integration is probably working correctly.

Are you missing orders that were placed before you integrated your store? If so, do you have the date of the oldest order that has not synced?

When a store is initially integrated with ShippingEasy, we only download the last 14 days of your order history. If you need to sync orders that are older than 14 days, we can help as long as we know the date of the oldest order. You can learn more about this here.

If you're in a rush to ship out these orders, you can also add them in manually. For more information, take a look at our guide: Adding Manual Orders: Step by step guide .
