Problem Processing my Credit Card

Hello, I have the issue when trying to update subscription plan from Free to Basic. There is the message "We encountered a problem processing your credit card. Please update your payment method below" and I couldn't open any other page excluding https://app.shippingeasy.com/settings/subscription page!

! The card information is correct, we have checked and it was all working until we tried to update, balance is ok too. Please, help to solve it!

If the credit card you have listed isn't processing, we recommend the following options:

  1. Contact your credit card issuer to verify that your card is in good order.
  2. If your credit card issuer says everything is OK, and the payment will not go through, use a different credit card.

Unfortunately, we'll be unable to force any payments to go through, as the message you encountered was prompted by a security concern raised by our payment processor. I hope that one of these options will correct the problem for you!

Hi, Jennifer

Thank you, we will contact the bank and ask them about this issue.
Unfortunately, by the few reasons we could only use the current card (bank account) for all types of transactions in SE.

Jennifer, we have to to activate the account (pay subscription) and add money to the balance ASAP.

Is it available to pay directly with bank-bank transfer with the bank info (account number e.t.c.)? If yes, could you please give me the instructions and full bank info I can use to make a transfer?

Hello Eugene - I hope that you're able to find something out after chatting with your bank.

Unfortunately, we do not have the option for ACH or direct-transfer from your bank.

While I don't have an example of this working, I have another idea. Have you considered purchasing a credit card gift card and using this for your subscription billing?

Thank you for advice, we will consider it if we will not fix it fast with the bank directly.
