I'm trying out the free version of the Shipping Easy software but there seems to be a problem setting it up. A Bigcommerce rep tried to help me but couldn't resolve the issue.
The problem is that when I add a new store and put in my store URL, it get a "invalid address" message. I'm following the directions that Shipping Easy has in this article https://support.shippingeasy.com/hc/en-us/articles/203084869-How-to-Integrate-your-BigCommerce-store-with-ShippingEasy-step-by-step-guide-with-pictures-
but it just will not accept the URL address. Does anyone know what the issue could be? It seems like such an easy process to set it up but it just will not work.

When I ran a search of the URL that you've submitted for your store integration, I see that your store is currently in maintenance mode. In order to successfully complete an integration, a store must be live.
Once you're done with your required maintenance, please try integrating again.
