Specify Paypal transaction types to import in store configuration

Hi,

It would be extremely helpful to get the ability to specify types of transactions to import from Paypal.

My case: I need to import only Invoiceses an Recurring Payments from Paypal, but I don't need regular (Express Checkout and Direct Payment) transactions.

Lack of this feature prevents me from importing orders from our Magento, because they got duplicated by transcations, imported from Paypal.

Thanks for reaching out regarding this. This is a great idea! As far as duplicates, would the last topic in this article help you with duplicates? I am not sure what your situation may be, but this solves a lot of duplicate issues for our shippers: How to use ShippingEasy with Paypal

Thank you, Rachael.

I know about mentioned technic... Unfortunately, it doesn't work for Magento - it can send payments only to primary PayPal email because of the way it processes IPN notifications.

So, filtering transactions by type at import time would help us.

One other suggestion I have for you is that we now have the ability to change order states within Magento. See How can I choose which statuses I bring in for my Magento Store?
