I have been charged twice for the same package. I input the delivery information to receive a quote but didnt action the label. I then went back a few days later to redo it as I was ready to send and the realised that the amount had already been charged. Is there a way of receiving a refund for the label that was doubled up and dint get used?

Hi Ruby - Thanks for posting to our forum!
If you ever purchase a label that you don't need, you can cancel the shipment for a refund. Within 10 days of purchase, you can cancel with a single click via the app. Learn how. Between 10 - 30 days of purchase, the label can be cancelled via Endicia.com. Learn how.
Once a label has been cancelled, a refund request is submitted to Endicia. Endicia must wait 10 days to ensure that the package does not enter the mail stream before processing your refund. Assuming the package was not mailed, your refund will be deposited to your Endicia postage balance within a couple of weeks. Learn how to track your refunds.
Alternately, if you ever encounter a label that has failed and must be "retried", the failed label should not result in an actual purchase of postage. Should you suspect that a purchase did result, take a look at our tips for verifying if the purchase went through and requesting a refund for the postage.
