only sync'd the most recent order. will not load others

Hi Nathan -

It looks like you recently integrated your Storenvy store with ShippingEasy. By default, ShippingEasy will only sync the last 14 days of open orders. Are your missing orders older than 14 days old? If so, we recommend manually adding the missing orders. Learn how to create a manual order.

Any "open" order less than 14 days old should be syncing into ShippingEasy. If any missing orders match this description, do you use Stripe to process your payments? We've noticed recent changes to payment processing in Storenvy have resulted in some orders failing to download. Learn more about our work around solutions.
