Endicia Expedited Validation Failed

Attempting to create an endicia expedited account and I am receiving a validation error. I do have an existing endicia dazzle account. I was able to create a first class mail account using the existing dazzle account, but I cannot create a Endicia expedited. What next? Thanks.

Hi Ryan - Welcome to ShippingEasy!

@Michael is spot on - ShippingEasy uses unique Endicia accounts to handle your First Class and Expedited shipments. Learn more about why you have two accounts.

To access your expedited services, navigate to the Shipping Providers page via the Postage Balance link in the top right corner of your account. Beside the Endicia Expedited account, you'll see a blue "Register a FREE Account" button. Click this and follow the prompts.

The software requires two endicia account, one for First Class and the second for Priority Mail. You need to create a separate account for the Priority Mail part.

Thank you for your answer below. I get all that. Please let me re-explain. I am an existing Endicia Pro customer. I loaded your module and set it up per the instructions. Orders upload fine, etc. I created a Endicia first class mail account because that was only choice for existing Endicia account holders. No was no option to login to Endicia Expedited using my existing Endicia credentials.
When I attempt to process an order only first class mail account options are available, not the Expedited service options offered by Endicia Expedited. I have tried repeatedly to create a Expedited account, but when I complete the form, I receive a validation error.

Hi Ryan - It appears that you've successfully set up your Endicia Expedited account. Hopefully, the troubleshooting tips helped. I'd love to further clarify some of the open questions that you presented, though.

As you noticed, an existing account can only be connected with the Endicia First Class account. Since the Endicia First Class account only accesses First Class, Media Mail, and Parcel Select, if you only configure this account, you'll only access these services.

The Endicia Expedited account is configured a little differently, specifically the rates offered will vary with each plan you select in ShippingEasy. Learn more. Although not the only reason for splitting the accounts, keeping them separate allows for this variability.

Endicia Expedited access Priority Mail and Express Priority Mail services. So, once you configured this account, these services became available to you.
