We have been in touch with Great.ly to beef up our support page regarding the platform, although it is not yet updated. We are confirming the information with them regarding existing orders but until then, since you need to ship out, I would suggest either a CSV upload, manual upload, or contact Great.ly and ask about their specific process. If the feature is available within Great.ly, you will need to manually "push" you existing orders to ShippingEasy so this would be controlled in your Great.ly admin. I will also get back to you via this thread as soon as I have confirmation. Thanks!

I wanted to confirm that we have spoken with Great.ly and they have verified that this is, unfortunately, not a current feature they provide through the API. As there is not a whole lot we can do about this, I highly suggest using the manual orders tool or, if you are on a Paid plan, you can use the CSV upload tool to import older orders. I realize this is not ideal, but sadly, it is the only option we have available at this time. Should the Great.ly integration change at all regarding this, we will be sure to update this post.
