Hello, I just added shipping easy to my Prestashop site (both of which I am new to) a few days ago. I followed the set up with all the codes, etc. but it isn't calculating shipping correctly. I also set up the account (I forget what it is called) for first class and priority - but still nothing. I went into prestashop and deactivated its default shipping module (thinking that would help) but then it went to free shipping. I saw an option to add an additional cariier under which shipping easy was under and I chose that - but it goes to the page where it is all already configured. Can you please help? I'm so frustrated with not having all the details to set this up!
I live in Hawaii and usually ship with the fixed rate priority boxes.

Are you wanting ShippingEasy to populate our rates on your PrestaShop store for your customers? ShippingEasy does not populate rates on your store. I do see on your Shipping Providers page that you have created both First Class and Expedited accounts so you can ship via USPS in ShippingEasy.
Our customers have a shipping margin between what their customers pay on their store and what they pay for shipping through ShippingEasy. If you are on a paid plan, you can create a shipping report to see the difference between what is paid by your customer and what you pay for shipping.
If that is not the issue: would you please clarify what isn't calculating and where?
Regarding the integration and callback URL: Have you seen our PrestaShop integration guide or our tips on how to use PrestaShop with ShippingEasy? Would you please look over those articles to see if it answers some of your questions on how to integrate and setup your PrestaShop store.
