Hi Juan - Thanks for posting to our forums. I'm so sorry to see that you've run into problems getting started.
When I look into your account, I see that you have a Shopify store integrated, but no orders have synced. The most common cause of this problem is that your Shopify orders are automatically being marked as "Fulfilled", so ShippingEasy sees them as shipped orders. To prevent you from re-shipping an order that has already been shipped, we will not pull through Fulfilled orders.
Fortunately, there's a quick setting change you can make to Shopify that will prevent your orders from automatically being marked as Fulfilled. These guides from our Knowledge Base have more information:
